Fe:

โ€œI wonโ€™t forgive anyone who messes with my family.โ€

โ€œI can only entrust this to a genius like you.โ€

โ€œStirring our emotions is his tactic.โ€ โ€“ Trafalgar Law

Doflamingo from One Piece desires everybodyโ€™s love and admiration. He gathers together a โ€œfamilyโ€ early on and bands with them to achieve his goals. He treats the members of his โ€œfamilyโ€ as if they are all precious and important to him, although this is all mostly surface level. Even so, his behaviours, mannerism, speech, and actions all show forth Fe. A prime example of this would be when he initially comes in and takes over the kingdom of Dressrosa. Instead of coming in as a ruthless conqueror, he manipulates things from behind the scenes to make himself look like the hero. He accomplishes this by manipulating the king and his men forcing them into killing the citizens, allowing him to swoop in and stop them, effectively saving the day. This style of takeover nods towards Fe because instead of ruthlessly taking over and making everyone hate him in the process, he frames everything in such a way that it sways the hearts of all the people of the kingdom and garners their support.

Doflamingo also likes to use such tactics as flattery to get others to do what he wants and can be seen throughout the show telling members of his family they are the only one he can trust to complete a task for him. In spite of his ruthlessness, he does show a fair bit of gratitude toward those under him when they are making a sacrifice for his behalf. For example, he does so when Monet intends to end her life in order to blow up the Straw Hats with her. He is also a very charismatic person and is well liked by all those who are not aware of his dark and evil side.

Ni:

โ€œI sensed he would become my right-hand man in ten years or so.โ€

Doflamingoโ€™s Ni can be seen almost as easily as his Fe. He is seen pulling the strings from behind the scenes (both figuratively and literally) throughout the show. His preferred choice of controlling others is through manipulation, and Ni allows him to pick up on the details he needs to do just that. Other members of the family are seen on multiple occasions claiming that Doflamingo is a visionary because of his one clear goal and plan to get there. Doflamingo also is shown in various scenes talking about fate and how things are written in stone. When initially seeing Law as a child, he recognizes the look in his eyes and identifies with it. Seeing his desire to destroy everything, Doflamingo decides that in 10 years Law would be his right hand man, until Corazon changes Lawโ€™s outlook on life and Law betrays him.

When it is revealed to the country of Dressrosa that Doflamingo is truly evil, he offers up an ultimatum. Setting a timer so to speak on their impending deaths, he claims that if they capture the Straw Hats for him he would spare the country and give them a monetary reward. He uses this manipulation to get others to do his dirty work for him, while simultaneously making it more difficult for the Straw Hats to oppose him as they will have to avoid everyoneโ€™s attempts to capture them.

When dealing with Law, Doflamingo continually tries to undermine Lawโ€™s resolve and get him upset in order to throw him off. He tries to say that Law has no free will, claiming that everything Law had done up to this point is because Doflamingo had manipulated him into doing it.

Se:

While Doflamingo is not one to usually get his hands dirty, when he does his Se becomes fairly evident. He gets an obvious rush from combat, and he frequently has a wild smile on his face with his tongue sticking out as he is mowing down his foes. He is also frequently laughing maniacally as well. He has bold and outrageous style choices which suggest low use of Se via aesthetics. His Se is also evident because he desires the indulgences of wealth and power.

Ti:

โ€œPirates are evil. The navy is just, but thatโ€™s only true because history tells us so. Children whoโ€™ve never known peace have different values than children whoโ€™ve never known war. The one who wins will rewrite the definition of right and wrong. Theyโ€™ll decide the future and how the past is written. Will justice prevail? Why thereโ€™s no other way! The winner will define the meaning of justice!โ€

Doflamingoโ€™s Ti manifests in his closed off views of how the world works. His internalized logic leads him to believe that killing his father and bringing his head back to the celestial dragons would lead them to re-accept him. When this did not work, he simply decides the whole world must be destroyed. His views of how justice and values are completely relative and decided by the victors are over exaggerated and based mostly on what he has deemed to make sense. While his logic isnโ€™t entirely wrong, it does not line up accurately to actual reality. This all is in line with a poor/unhealthy use of Ti.
