Fe:

“I’m happy to bring such staggering positivity to my Alma mater!”
“I am trying not to play favorites. I wanted to consider his feelings though. He needed to see that he was capable of winning the exercise.”
“Hmm? I’m so curious! Why don’t you tell me all the juicy details!”
“I hate to think of how frightened these children must be and how hard my colleagues had to fight in order to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them that things will be OK.”

Like most Fe doms, All Might is good with dealing with other people. He has no problem being in the spotlight, and his charismatic nature along with his strength and skill has earned him the admiration of virtually all of the population. One of his main concerns is shouldering the fears and anxieties of all the others around him, and being a comforting and reassuring presence. As a teacher, he loves encouraging his students and giving lots of support and praise when they have done something well. He tries to consider other people’s feelings, especially Midoriya’s. For instance, even knowing Midoriya would risk hurting himself using One-For-All, All Might encourages him at one point to use his ability so he can get a chance at victory. Also, when he over-uses his quirk and is unable to show up at the USJ for a training exercise, All Might still hopes and intends to make it for the last few minutes just to give an inspirational speech at the end. He always makes sure to put on a good show for others, and is very image conscious.

Ni:

“You can harness One-For-All. It’s simple. You have to feel it!”
“I’m the symbol of peace. People everywhere have to think that I’m never afraid.”
“I couldn’t shake the feeling that something had gone wrong there when Aizawa and Thirteen didn’t answer my calls.”

We find out pretty quickly in the show that symbolism is important to All Might. He views himself as the symbol of peace, and maintaining that symbol for the sake of others (so they can smile and feel at peace) is important to him. This puts his main goal in more of the abstract realm, having him focused more on concepts like peace, harmony, and happiness; rather than things that are more concrete like order, security, and safety. All Might’s Ni frequently surfaces in the way that he deals with Midoriya. Seeing Midoriya struggling with how to use his power, his first instinct was to tell him he needs to feel it, and he went on instructing him to come up with a metaphor as to what he’s feeling with his power. When Midoriya comes up with the metaphor about the egg in the microwave, All Might thinks it is kind of lame, but runs with it anyway, instructing him to not let the egg explode. When the attack on the USJ happens, he is bothered when he tries to contact the teachers and doesn’t get any response. His instincts tell him that something is wrong, and he states that he has a bad feeling about it. When engaging with the enemy, All Might takes note of the enemies postures and mannerisms, also paying attention not to just what their foe is saying but also how he is saying it; reading between the lines and trying to pick up on the emotional motivations behind the attack.

Se:

All Might launches into action whenever there is trouble. He rarely freezes up. He struggles to limit himself though, and focus on the immediate task at hand. As the amount of time that he can use his quirk shrinks, All Might is unable to limit his hero work so that he can fulfill his duties as a teacher. As a result, he is shown using up his entire time limit during his commute to work, because he feels the need to resolve every issue he comes across, rather than leaving it up to the other heroes. Essentially, he is overly proactive, rendering him unable to teach. In addition, in the midst of fighting a seemingly unbeatable foe, All Might’s first instinct is not usually to think or strategize, but rather to just hit it harder, in hopes that he will eventually be able to physically overpower it.

Ti:

All Might struggles to put logic ahead of his feelings. When judging one of the training exercises at the UA, All Might has to remind himself multiple times to stay unbiased. He is mature enough to recognize this might be a struggle, and visibly puts effort into it. However, later on, he does allow a very dangerous match between Midoriya and Bakugo to continue on, even though he realizes that he would have ended it immediately with any other student. His desire to see Midoriya succeed trumps his logic. He also views Midoriya very idealistically, and not as critically as he should. Prior to the sports competition, All Might impresses upon him to showcase his abilities, even though in reality, Midoriya is nowhere near ready to effectively utilize his quirk. In addition, during a meeting with the principal and faculty members after the attack on the USJ, All Might is shown trying to make logical and strategic sense of Shigaraki’s actions beyond him just being a man child. The principal shoots him down almost immediately.
