Si:

โ€œA good captain dedicates his life to the safety of his crew!โ€
โ€œBeing unprepared will be the death of you.โ€
โ€œThose who create memories are the ones who grow!โ€

The main thing you notice about Jinbe right from the beginning is that he is portrayed as one of the most grounded and practical characters in One Piece. He cares deeply about the safety and security of his homeland and crew mates. He even goes as far as to dawn the mantle of one of the warlords in order to get pardons for the fishmen who they saved from being slaves. He looks at Luffy in shock as he hears him say that heโ€™d rather everything just be a surprise instead of having a plan for things to come. As an Si dom, he has also stated that he has no problems sitting under someone elseโ€™s authority if that is what is necessary. His commitment to his duties and obligations is undeniable. When serving in the Kingโ€™s army, he supports the queen in her goals even when at first he doesnโ€™t agree with what she was trying to do. He is fiercely loyal to Fisher Tiger and joins him without a second thought when he decides to become a pirate. As he sails with him, he begins listening to his ideals and adopts them as his own. He swears to uphold those same ideals in his honor after Fisher Tiger has passed. Also, he at first refuses to join the Straw Hats crew (even though he would like to), citing other duties and obligations he has to fulfill first. He asks Luffy to remake the offer when their paths cross again. King Neptune on another occasion tells Jinbe that he shouldnโ€™t feel responsible for every little thing.

Te:

โ€œI will let you have your meat, just so long as you do as I tell you!โ€
โ€œHmโ€ฆ My first battle is with a weakling!โ€
โ€œJust stay quiet, Luffy!โ€
โ€œI despise pirates. Ready yourself and come forth!โ€
โ€œYou and I are not compatible.โ€

Jinbeโ€™s Te comes out very clearly in Fishman Island Arc. When he and Luffy get into a disagreement over how to handle Hordy Jones, they butt heads so badly that the two of them come to blows over it. He doesnโ€™t hesitate to give orders when the situation calls for it, and has a tendency to end all his fights in a quick and concise manner. When he tries to reason with Luffy after Aceโ€™s death he doesnโ€™t take a consoling approach. He simply tells Luffy that, โ€œIt may be hard right nowโ€ฆ But you must silence those thoughts! Stop counting only those things that you have lost! What is gone, is gone! So ask yourself this: What is thereโ€ฆ that still remains to you?!โ€ Needless to say, Jinbe comes off very blunt and to the point. He doesnโ€™t mince words, and he states exactly what he feels needs to be said. Being an extraverted judger, his observations of others come off as very critical. He completely berates Gecko Moria for not relying on his own strength and for using the shadows to โ€˜get strongerโ€™.

Fi:

โ€œI fight for justice!โ€
โ€œI will take responsibility for Arlongโ€™s actions. So, remove yourself from here.โ€

Jinbeโ€™s strong moral code comes from his Fi. He has a strong sense of what he believes to be right and wrong, and sees things in a pretty black and white manner. When he sees all the trouble Arlong has caused, he takes full responsibility for Arlongโ€™s actions and offers himself up for whatever punishment Nami sees fit for him. He has a strong loyalty toward those who help him and that he considers his friends. This is shown when he refuses to participate in the war against Whitebeard because he protected Fishman Island as part of his territory. He does this even though it causes him to lose his warlord status and gets him thrown into Impel Down.

Ne:

โ€œI donโ€™t know whatโ€™ll happen! Prepare yourself!โ€

Pegging Ne in Jinbe is a little harder to do, but there are still some signs of it. For instance, after Jinbe asks a former human slave named Koala why she is afraid of fishmen, she says it is because she does not know much about them. Jinbe replies that the unknown is scary and remembers Otohime speaking about how fishmen do not know much about humans. Having a fear of the unknown is a pretty typical sign of inferior Ne. Fearing the unknown is frequently one of the reasons why an ISTJ feels uncomfortable without a proper plan.
